Each product's estimated delivery time is indicated under the "ADD TO CART" section. Free shipping is offered to customers all over the world. If you need express shipping service, you can check the rates and delivery time at the checkout. If you are unable to use the express shipping option at checkout, please use the "Chat" function or "Contact us" form to let us know. 

Upon placing the order, please let us know your personalization details/gift messages/gift wrapping requests (if any) in the box called "Notes" on the cart page. For personalized orders, a team member will reach out to you to confirm the details. After we finish the production, it will be shipped out in 1-2 days.
